Ordering Policies
Ordering can be done online via the secure PayPal shopping cart system.
Items will be shipped once payment has cleared. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order once it has been received.
Custom orders over $75 require a 50% deposit.
Items as noted may vary slightly from picture. We make every attempt to fill your order with items as represented online, but variations sometime occur.

Shipping Policies
Most in-stock items will be shipped within 10 business days. Please allow up to 6 weeks for custom made items, although we will make every attempt to ship these items sooner. If you have a question about delivery times for a specific item, please feel free to email us.
Most orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Very large orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground mail. You will receive an email notifying you of when your order has been shipped and the method used.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you use our PayPal shopping cart system. For all other domestic orders, the shipping costs are:
$0.01 - $9.99 = $5.00
$10.00 $41.99 = $7.00
$42.00 - $59.99= $9.00
$60.00 - $99.99= $12.00
$100 and up = $15.00
Blue Fusion Tribal does not ship internationally.
Shipping costs do not include insurance. If you would like to have your package insured, please email us and we will quote you the insurance fee.
Blue Fusion Tribal LLC is not liable for lost or damaged items that are not insured.

Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase about your reason for wishing to return or exchange an item. We will not credit you for shipping on returns.
All media items (CDs, DVDs, Videos, CD-ROMs, etc.) are not returnable, only exchangeable for the same item if damaged and same item is still in stock.
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for custom orders or sale merchandise, and we will not return items during or just after the Halloween season.
